Increase Site Traffic with Relevant Keywords
I don’t think I can harp on this topic TOO much!
I was recently asked why I started day 1 of 30 Day Traffic on keywords.
My response was, “What keywords are you targeting?”
Answer: “video marketing”
[If you have been marketing any time online you know that there is no way a newbie or even an intermediate marketer is going to rank for this term.]
[[by the way, there are 171 MILLION results for this term]]
So I politely recommended that they perform some keyword research before spending too much time targeting this term.
You can do the research for free. MarketSamuraiBeta.com has a trial version. I use this tool daily and have found great keywords. (Below is a video on Keyword relevancy.)
