Easy & Free Traffic Generation
There are so many ways to drive traffic to your
website. Most people
are overwhelmed with all the options.
The key is deciding which method is best for you.
Over the next several weeks, you will learn essential techniques
that you can use to greatly boost your website’s traffic without
spending your life savings on expensive ‘traffic generation’
software or even paid traffic!
Not that paid traffic is bad but I would prefer to invest in paid
traffic after I am
making money with free traffic. (I do use paid traffic to test a
market but that will
be a future topic.)
My top three ways of driving free traffic are:
** Videos
** blogs
** articles
Before you back away because you think videos are too hard, just
wait a minute.
There are several easy ways to make videos. I use Camtasia but you
can use CamStudio,
a free resource. You can also just use Windows Movie Maker (free for
XP and Vista machines) and Audacity.
What types of videos should you make? There are a variety of videos
you can make but
if you main goal is to drive traffic then your video needs to relate
to your market.
What is your market interested in? What would they like to see?
How do you use videos to drive traffic?
The easiest way is to upload the videos to the various video hosting
services.
Sounds easy, right? Define your market, make a video, upload...
Well, there is actually more details that would be helpful. I have
invested heavily in
my education this area because of the potential. You don't need to
invest as much as
I have to get started.
I purchased a product last week which astounded me! I have bought
the video courses
and software from the gurus. I didn't need this product but his
video intrigued me and
I bought his product.
I was shocked at the secrets he was revealing for such a cheap
price!
The information in this product will show you step by step how to
use your video to
drive traffic easily.
Check this out now. (The price is really low for the info
he gives! I paid 100 times that for the info I use.)
2.
Website Design Mistake - Broken Links
Why would I even mention this?
Isn't it obvious that you should make sure your links work?
Well, yes it is obvious! You want to make sure all your links work.
In fact I usually have someone go in and double check for me.
If you check, your HTML editor will check your links for you.
This will assure that all the internal links are working correctly.
If you have a really large site you can get software which will
check
all your links for you.
I still like to have a human go in and double check my links for me.
A person can make sure the landing page makes sense as well as work.
Make sure you schedule a regular check of links several times a
year.
You may list resources that disappear or change their location.
You may link to affiliate products that are taken off the market.
Sometimes affiliate programs will change their management software
and if
you haven't picked up your new links, you link won't work.
